Therapy for Adults, Adolescents, Children, Families and Couples

Our psychologist supports children, teens, and adults who are coping with family separation, ongoing low mood, diminished self-esteem, identity-related questions, and bullying experiences. We also work closely with parents, helping them understand their child’s psychological assessment results and offering clear, informed recommendations for the most effective therapeutic supports.

Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or have previous experience, our sessions are thoughtfully crafted to empower, guide, and encourage you throughout every stage of your mental health journey.

    Psychological Assessments

Psychological assessments typically combine standardized testing, observations, interviews, and rating scales to provide a comprehensive picture of how a person thinks, learns, and responds to their environment.

Psychoeducational assessments often focus on identifying learning strengths and challenges, such as those related to attention, memory, or specific academic areas, while behavioral assessments explore patterns of behavior, coping skills, and social-emotional development.

Together, these tools help inform personalized supports, interventions, and accommodations at home, school, or in clinical settings, ensuring that individuals receive the guidance they need to succeed.

    Divorce Mediation

Mediation is a collaborative process in which a neutral third party—called a mediator—helps separating spouses reach agreements about the key issues in their divorce, such as parenting arrangements, division of property, child support, and spousal support. Unlike going to court, mediation focuses on open communication, problem‑solving, and finding solutions that work for both individuals and their family.

Mediation is often quicker, less expensive, and less adversarial than traditional litigation, and it allows couples to maintain more control over the outcome. It can also be especially beneficial for co‑parents who want to build a cooperative foundation for future decision‑making and communication.
